Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently seeking an excited Care Coordinator to work with Refugees! Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field and speak Ukrainian.
This role with work with Ukrainian Humanitarian Parole clients providing intake and assessment in a 90 day program, connecting clients to needed services and benefits.
This is a full time benefit eligible role.
Under direction, performs work involving the assessment, service planning, and implementation of Core Services and on-going case management for assigned individuals. Performs other duties as required.

The incumbent of this position must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.
