About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Human Service Professional (Parent Educator) to join our team. This part-time opportunity involves working with CCS, wraparound, and CST clients in the Sauk/Columbia County areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring services to parents and youth through in-home parent education and support
- Assess parent functioning and collaborate with families to create service goal plans
- Deliver parenting interventions using verbal instruction, role-modeling, video instruction, and interactive activities
- Work collaboratively with clients, service teams, and clinical supervisors to determine interventions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of human services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret documentation
- Working knowledge of computers and electronic health records
