Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI (LSS) is looking for a dedicated and passionate experienced hybrid-remote Family Therapist to join our Family Preservation / CCS Team, working primarily in Sauk and Columbia Counties. The Family Preservation / CCS program works with individuals enrolled in Comprehensive Community Services and their families. Our goal is to provide consumer-driven, community-based services to help strengthen families and improve their relationships, helping them achieve their goals.
As a Therapist in training, or licensed therapist, with Family Preservation / CCS you will :
- Provide in-home family therapy services to adult or youth clients and their families.
- Conduct assessments of client needs using clinical interview, objective diagnostic tools.
- Develop treatment plan collaboratively with client and other providers
- Provide agreed upon and necessary therapeutic services, keeping with strength-based, evidence-based best practice
- Complete required documentation within required timelines
- Attend client recovery team meetings
- Actively participate in clinical supervision

COMPUTER SKILLS / TECHNOLOGY :
TRAVEL : Daily travel is required.
