We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT leader to serve as a Technology Solutions Manager. This role will manage the LSS Strategic Partners technology daily operations, support the enablement of our growing organization, and lay the groundwork for an IT group that reflects our vision of excellence.
As the Technology Solutions Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams within the LSS Strategic Partners entities and across other A&M entities.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day technology operations (e.g., devices, systems, processes).
- Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Track and address technology requests from LSS Strategic Partners and its entities.
Service Delivery & Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within LSS Strategic Partners entities and other A&M entities to optimize IT service delivery.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data protection laws, and internal security policies.
- Coordinate with A&M Corporate IT to support cybersecurity measures, monitor threats, and coordinate incident response plans.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure vendors meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align IT operations with organizational goals.
IT Strategy & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance IT efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Budgeting & Cost Control
- Maintain IT budgets and financial controls to drive cost-effective solutions.
- Track expenses and ensure efficient allocation of IT resources.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize costs.
- Manage and allocate resources to support delivery of technology solutions
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT operations.
- Proficient with primary technologies such as Office 365, OneDrive, Azure, VPN, and Firewall.
- Demonstrable experience in IT vendor management and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with administration of Office 365, Adobe, or other productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, embodying a calm, laid-back, upbeat personality.
- Clear and personable communication skills.
- An innate ability to be creative, self-motivated, and laser-focused on enhancing user experiences.
