What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR NURSE MIDWIFERY PROGRAM position at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans?
Under broad review from the Associate Dean for Professional Practice and Advanced Nursing Practice, incumbent is responsible for the daily organization and administration of the BSN to DNP Nurse Midwifery Program of study with primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and coordination of student didactic & clinical learning experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
- Required Education : Doctorate in Nursing or related field
- Certifications / Licenses Required : Nurse Midwife Certification and APRN License (at start date)
- Minimum Years of Experience : Three to five years
- Type of Experience Required : Experience in a nurse midwifery program as a faculty member or administrator
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred experience and additional certifications may be considered.
