Position Summary
The Department of Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans is seeking a self-motivated individual for a Research Associate (RA) 1,2 or 3 position in the Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care. The RA 1, 2, or 3 is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day activities including but not limited to sample preparation, primary processing, cryo-preservation, storage, shipment and data entry. It is expected that the incumbent can function independently and will work closely with the Project Manager. In addition, the RA 1, 2 or 3 will assist with and conduct laboratory experiments on research projects within well-defined guidelines.
