Responsibilities:

Oversee all clinical, operational, and financial aspects of the ASC.

Ensure the center is in compliance with all current regulatory requirements governing ASCs in Louisiana.

Lead and manage the ASC staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and efficient day-to-day operations.

Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other stakeholders to enhance center performance.

Manage budgets, financial reports, and other critical operational documents.
- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and operational efficiency of the center.
Required Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
- Current RN license in Louisiana.
- Experience in the operating room (CNOR preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an ASC setting
- Proven management/leadership experience.
