Administrative Assistant (part-time) Overview
This position provides administrative, clerical, and data entry support. This position must be in the Little Rock office to daily process claims checks and support monthly commission payments by matching statements and mailing checks. Hours will be 8 : 00 am - 12 : 00 pm CST.
Essential Duties
- Performs daily tasks to process, print, and mail Claim, Disability, and Refund checks
- Reviews output for accuracy
- Completes various processing activities related to accounts payable transactions
- May perform other duties assigned
