The base salary ranges are listed for each level and will vary by geographic location and are based on factors such as candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, competencies, and company equity. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance and individual performance.

Lead Salesforce Developer Overview
The Lead Salesforce Developer demonstrates extensive knowledge and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and requires the delivery of top-notch solutions. This role is responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and implementing advanced CRM and customized Salesforce solutions that align business objectives. Leveraging deep expertise, this position drives innovation and enhances efficiency and optimizes performance of Salesforce applications throughout our organization. It is involved in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to testing, deployment and security. Converting complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions is crucial in this role and to the success of our business.
