We are looking for a Business Analyst specifically for a 3-month long FTD data implementation project who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of analytical solutions and datasets that drive decision-making and business outcomes.

Requirements: Analytical Tools: Experience in developing compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.ERP Knowledge: Functional understanding of Commercial ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Finance, Sales & Distribution, Production, Inventory, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Warehouse Management).Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical terms into business language.Problem-Solving: Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting technical and analytical issues.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with both On-Premises and Cloud-based Power BI setups is an advantage.

Business Profitability/Technical Skills

• Contributes to the DC's financial, operational, people, process, compliance, and service-related objectives to drive continuous improvement and efficiency gains to reduce overall cost-to-serve.
• Establish FTD KPI and SLA reporting dashboards to ensure the DC is meeting or exceeding cost and service goals.
• Perform data and business analysis to help learn and understand our business better at the detailed level. Use the data and business analysis to help us determine our risks and opportunities to improve our customer service and productivity (cost).
• Building reporting from Blue Cherry and other data sources to assist with DC operational planning.
• Developing compelling and interactive analysis reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Strong Knowledge of Power BI to import and mapping data from various sources such as SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services, MS Excel, flat files, xml files and/or unstructured data.
• Strong in SQL, SSAS (Tabular Data Modeling, Star Schema, Multidimension modeling a plus), Functional DAX understanding, M-Scripting and Python good to be familiar with. Able to write SQL queries, views, and transformations with T-SQL. Visual Studio to build and deploy Tabular Model.
• Work with Business/Project Managers to translate requirements into deliverable solutions, KPI dashboards, reports, analysis frameworks, and ad hoc queries.
• Design FTD Power BI dashboards with effective data visualization techniques
• Understand infrastructure requirements of setting up Power BI environment Both On-Premises and Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and solve technical problems if any, working proactively to resolve identified problems and minimize concerns
• Ensures the accurate and timely preparation of reports and records regarding operations.
• Interact with business partners to drive results and deliver solutions including internal departments such as Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service and Allocations.
