Purpose:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing supply chain performance by leveraging data to drive informed decision-making. You will analyze key aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory, and logistics, while also identifying opportunities to improve labor efficiency and reduce operational costs. Your insights will help optimize processes, reduce waste, and ensure timely product delivery to our customers.

Role Responsibilities:
KPI Development & Analysis:
- Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency, including inventory levels, order accuracy, shipping timelines, and labor productivity.
- Incorporate labor cost metrics such as Units Per Hour (UPH) and Cost Per Unit Shipped (CPU) into performance analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Create visually compelling Power BI dashboards to provide real-time performance insights, making complex data accessible and actionable for stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement, utilizing lean principles, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies to optimize supply chain processes and drive efficiency.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce waste, streamline workflows, and optimize operational performance through improved productivity or reduced labor.
Data-Driven Problem Solving:
- Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP tools, Labor Management System (Easy Metrics), among other data platforms to gather and analyze supply chain data.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems, enabling smooth communication and operational efficiency.
- Provide insights into staffing adjustments based on demand patterns, helping reduce overtime and avoid idle labor.
- Use strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and potential solutions that align with business goals.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Operations, Finance, and HR to implement data-driven improvements and align labor strategies with business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating complex data and business insights.
Reporting & Recommendations:
- Compile comprehensive data reports that include actionable recommendations for optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and enhancing labor management.
- Provide proactive suggestions based on industry trends and internal performance metrics to refine supply chain and labor strategies.
Role Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
