Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management:
- Oversee and manage a team responsible for the technical testing of network and application systems to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Ensure team members have a comprehensive understanding of network architectures and application frameworks to safeguard systems effectively.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment that supports team development and skill enhancement.
Strategic Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures aligned with industry best practices to ensure robust security measures.
- Drive the strategic direction of cybersecurity projects, aligning with organisational goals and market demands.
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple regions to deliver project objectives on time and within scope.
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Provide clear and effective communication to customer leadership, offering updates on programme deliverables, status, and future roadmaps.
- Liaise with the Board of Directors (BOD) to report on security assessments, compliance efforts, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams to integrate security strategies across the organisation.
- Translate complex security and technical issues into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Technical Excellence:
- Maintain and enhance technical standards within the team by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and cybersecurity methodologies.
- Ensure the technical robustness and continuous improvement of key cybersecurity initiatives, including SaaS tools and other strategic programmes.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex projects and teams.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex corporate structures, influencing senior stakeholders and board members.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams focused on network and application security testing.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high level of technical acumen.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with senior management and external partners.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills, with experience representing the organisation in media and public forums.

Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
