The eDiscovery Manager will provide expert guidance and support on U.S.-based disputes, offering innovative, data-driven solutions to internal and external clients. Reporting to the U.S. eDiscovery Senior Manager, this role is central to delivering high-quality eDiscovery services while managing multiple, concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities of an eDiscovery Manager :
- Oversee day-to-day eDiscovery activities to meet or exceed billable hour targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service and application of best practices.
- Manage Relativity workflows, user permissions, review setups, and productions.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for data collection and document review as needed.
- Deliver training sessions, maintain financial oversight, and contribute to process improvements.
Key Requirements of an eDiscovery Manager :
This role is 2 days a week in the San Francisco office.
