Overview:
Bring your expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising to help craft and execute integrated campaigns that deliver results for our clients. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll partner with account services, creative, SEO, and web teams to ensure our campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
As one of the leaders on the digital media team, you’ll play a hands-on role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns while also contributing to the strategic direction of our accounts. Your ability to translate data into insights and insights into action will be key in delivering success for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with account services, creative, and SEO teams to ensure seamless collaboration across all aspects of campaign development and execution.
- Develop and oversee strategic media plans across Paid Search, Performance Max, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Deliver actionable insights and create impactful client reports that demonstrate campaign success.
- Evaluate and test emerging media platforms, sharing opportunities to enhance client results.
- Assist the business development team in discussing new opportunities with potential new clients.
- Participate in client meetings to present performance data, provide strategic recommendations, and outline future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience planning and managing digital media campaigns across all Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic channels.
- Deep understanding of tracking and tagging platforms, including proficiency with Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with digital analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Management experience is nice to have, but not required.
- Experience within the following platforms is preferred: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, Funnel.io, LookerStudio, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.
- Previous agency experience is preferred.
