The business development team is responsible for facilitating the sales process of all new business leads. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the appropriate scope and budget, while ensuring the proposed solution aligns with client business objectives. The team is focused on achieving booked and recognized revenue as well as building mutually beneficial partnerships for the agency.
Responsibilities :
- Initial outreach to new prospects that submit their information through the website.
- Scheduling meetings (internal and client) and coordinating necessary preparation.
- Managing the Winmap process and calculating pricing to share for approval.
- Communicating with clients throughout the new business sales process.
- Drafting initial scope of work documents and providing them to the account team for completion.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on client objectives and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Design, format, and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Entering opportunities and maintaining up-to-date information in HubSpot.
- Entering stories in Target Process to hold capacity for discipline team members.
- Participating in discovery calls and providing post-meeting summaries to the broader team for context.
- Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvements to optimize the new business development workflow.
