Positions: Production Worker
Overview
LTA Manufacturing Production Worker are on our manufacturing floor across 9 different departments to help create and assemble our products. Production Workers also monitor manufacturing equipment and products closely for defects. Production Workers work closely with other team members to check product quality and complete assembly tasks by set deadlines. Working closely with department leads, production supervisor(s) and manager, they provide the development of our products. As a Production Worker at LTA your job is to adhere to production quotas and work in a energized team environment with a common goal.
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, talk, hear, and see. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or reach with hands and arms. The environment is fast paced; time pressured and requires accuracy. The employee will regularly multi-task between projects, be required to move throughout the building, and effectively communicate. The employee is asked to meet these physical requirements for a minimum of a 10-hour shift, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools on the assembly line to produce quality products.
- Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work on an assembly line
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
