Regional Sales Manager Job Description:
Summary/Objective: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for growing sales, maintaining good relations and provide conflict resolution with existing LTA Manufacturing customers, as well as growing the business by adding new customers when necessary. This will be achieved using product and industry knowledge, customer training, pricing negotiation, promotions, assistance with fleet bids, trade show attendance and market analysis.

Essential Functions:
· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of LTA’s products, services, and pricing structure.
· Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
· Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow sales.
· Introduces and demonstrates new products to assigned customers.
· Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management via email and weekly dealer visit reports sent no later than the following Monday of each week.
· Maintains ethical and professional customer relationships consistent with company image.
· Develops an effective and productive working relationship with Inside Sales team members.
· Fulfills customer needs for current literature, catalogs, product pricing, etc.
· Determine customer needs and propose appropriate long-term resolution.
· Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
· Liaison between customers and company for up-to-date status of customers, markets, competition, service, and pricing strategies
· Responds to customer service inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective manner by utilizing excellent process knowledge and strong skills in negotiation and selling.
· Provide written reports of all customer visits to the management team.
· Provides customer feedback to Operations team regarding product quality or service failures.
· Completes monthly expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy, which is the last Thursday of each month.
· Attend trade shows and conferences when necessary.
· Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
· Maintains working knowledge of LTA’s systems and processes.
· Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract information to provide customer service management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,500.00 - $115,000.00 per year
