Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated nurse practitioner to join our team as primary-care providers. The ideal candidate will possess experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan
- Hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan
- Completed a valid U.S. certification program
The successful candidate will work in coordination with an LTC collaborating physician and be responsible for day-to-day patient care. Shared on-call duties among LTC providers are also expected.
