LTC Physician Care, PC provides Primary Care (PCP) services to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across Michigan. Our goal is to improve with compassion the overall quality of care, patient outcomes, quality of life, refine facility processes, and enhance patient relationships.
LTC is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our team as Primary-Care Providers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
- Candidates must hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Candidates must hold a valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Candidates must have completed a valid U.S. certification program
Job Structure
- This is an in-person position
- PA will commute directly between home/facilities
- PA work in coordination with a LTC Collaborating Physician
- PA is responsible for the day-to-day care of their patients
- After-Hours on-call is shared among all LTC Providers
Compensation and Benefits
- 105K Base, plus $20 per RVU
- Company paid subscription to “Up To Date”, both mobile and laptop
- Monthly phone stipend
- Paid professional liability-malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Company provided laptop and accessories
