LTC Therapy Services is seeking a PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.
In addition to overseeing and managing all aspects of a rehabilitation department, the PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR will ensure the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions and stay updated on current practices. By providing ongoing feedback to staff, and fostering a positive team environment, you will promote a united collaboration among therapists.

Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
