What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at LTD Properties?
You must be a jack of all trades and have working knowledge of all aspects of basic residential maintenance repair and service. This includes the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide great customer service to our tenants. You will respond to maintenance issues associated with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, glass/windows, roofing, locks and tile repair. We ask that you be willing to do most of this but do not need to do all of it. You'll follow-up with tenants and management staff and handle routine problems for general building upkeep. This is a great opportunity for the qualified individual who enjoys working independently and doing a wide variety of assignments.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent. Must be able to successfully complete a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Previous maintenance experience preferred.
You may be required to work on call.
