Job:
Provides issue resolution to internal/external customers on a variety of proprietary application issues. Researches and resolves technical and application problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and other electronic mediums to troubleshoot issues. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Ensures documentation standards and procedures for operations are in place and maintained.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:
· Provides support and resolution for internal and external customers on the proper use of all LTI and integrated third-party applications.
· Identifies customer concerns and performs system troubleshooting to resolve issues within the application.
· Documents all troubleshooting steps and communication in ticket management system, following established processes.
· Interacts with Network Services, software systems engineering, and/or 3rd party support teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
· Escalates software bug issues and enhancement requests through LTi’s Issues escalation process following documented procedures.
· Follows established security/compliance protocols when requesting and working with customer data.
· Performs testing assignments for maintenance releases and/or hot fixes as needed.
· Manages customer software upgrades from initial kick-off meeting through implementation, involving other company resources as needed during the process.
· Conducts customer training classes either through webinars, on-site with customers, or at annual user’s conference. Supports the Sales Department by performing product demonstrations to new and existing customers.
· Create Knowledge Base articles to address frequently asked questions on LTi products.
· Performs after hours and on-call assignments as needed.
· Performs other similar duties as necessary or assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge:
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and terminology.
- Proficient knowledge of LTi applications.
- Proficient knowledge of the leasing industry from origination through portfolio management and customer service.
- Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
- Proficient knowledge accounting principles and overall business knowledge.
- Proficient knowledge of Internet Explorer and using web-based applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Management Reporting software applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s customer portal to research issues and log service tickets for Dynamics GP software issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL fundamentals.

Education:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or related field or the equivalence of with experience.
Experience desired:
Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting role. Preferred minimum of 3 years experience implementing and supporting LTi or Microsoft Dynamics GP products.
Physical demands:
Sedentary – lifting up to 10lb, involves sitting for long periods of time, requires talking, hearing, and vision, standard office environment.
