Customer Success Specialist responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of service scorecards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet client needs.
- Update and resolve any issues that arise for client through escalation procedures
- Manage client onboarding and ensure contract compliance
- Identify and pursue opportunities for client growth.
- Analyze sales data and report on trends to support client strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sales actions to meet company goals.
- Stay up to date on industry news and market trends.
- Attend industry events and network with potential clients when appropriate
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer service experience
- Familiarity with project and account management principles
- Experience with Salesforce and SaaS platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing and analysis skills
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred but having experience in logistics or the transportation industry can be just as valuable, if not more so.
As a CSS, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with clients and understanding their shipping needs, which requires good communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
