Principal Duties Responsibilities
Technical experience mandatory Java SQL PythonPyspark
Knowledge and practice of removing impediments typically faced by teams working in cutting edge technologies in a large enterprise
Solid understanding of Scrum XP Kanban and Lean
Servant leader with excellent communication and facilitation skills who is enthusiastic and assertive
Knowledge and experience in transitioning teams from traditional mode to agile
Experience in Agile methodologies Version one Jira tool and SCRUM is a plus
Advanced Knowl edge of SDLC and several software developments
Agile engineering practices continuous integration continuous delivery pair programming test driven development etc
Provides overall guidance for teams to adhere to Agile principles and practic es
Arranges facilitates and schedules meetings demos and decisionmaking processes to ensure that the proper collaborative process is in use including sprint team backlog grooming estimating and sizing efforts release planning sprint planni ng daily standups and retrospectives
Works with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve
Drives quicker delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity
Facilitates team transp arency by escalating impediments and shares progress by the team to the appropriate channels
Actively engages in defining and managing action items identifying issues and risks adjusting scope and identifying tasks necessary to complete planned work
Plans and coordinates testing environment deployments and application system integration testing and
Guides team in selforganization as well as encourages and motivates team to focus on iteration of goals
