Job Title: Application Support Delivery Director
Work Location: Bothell,WA (Hybrid – 3 day client office 2 day WFH)
Job Description:
Must have -
- Exhibit extensive expertise in Application Management Services (AMS), Application Development Services (ADS), implementations, and enhancements.
- Direct application support projects to ensure their timely and budget-compliant completion. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and timelines, while meticulously monitoring progress and addressing any potential risks or issues
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with CXOs, senior stakeholders, and vendors
- Outstanding customer service skills to comprehend and fulfill business needs, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels
- Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with SLA requirements.
- Proven proficiency in budget management ensuring financial accountability through cost-effective service delivery."
- Ability to develop and nurture strategic partnerships with clients and key teams.
- Oversee and drive RFP processes, including the development of persuasive messaging, to ensure the organization's capabilities and solutions are clearly and effectively communicated

- Utility Industry Domain Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of service management principles and frameworks like ITIL, DevOps, Lean etc. ensuring effective service delivery
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the supported applications and technologies, stay informed about industry trends and best practices and offer technical guidance and support to the team.
- Resolve service delivery issues decisively to minimize user disruption, while ensuring processes are rigorously documented and consistently enforced.
- Command the processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Establish and enforce robust application support processes and procedures, while rigorously evaluating and enhancing these processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure the team is fully staffed with the necessary skills and decisively plan and allocate resources for application support activities.
