Associate Director - HR Business Partner - Employee Relations Manager
Location : Warren New Jersey
Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations issues ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment This role requires strong interpersonal skills a deep understanding of employment laws and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances and provide recommendations for resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and employment laws
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues and best practices
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs related to employee relations and workplace policies
- Stay UpToDate with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure the company’s policies are compliant
- Oversee compliance function and ensure organization is aligned to federal and state regulation
