Job Description:
The Business Project Manager and Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing business processes identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness This role requires strong analytical skills effective communication and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Business Analysis Conduct thorough analysis of business processes systems and operations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Data Analysis Collect analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and identify trends and patterns
Data Visualization Create and present data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Strategic Planning Develop and implement business strategies based on data insights market analysis and organizational goals
Risk Management Identify assess and mitigate risks associated with business projects ensuring proactive management of potential issues
Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between business stakeholders IT teams and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals
Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance business performance
Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process maps project plans and performance reports
Performance Monitoring Track project performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders adjusting as necessary to stay on track
Testing and Validation Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are implemented correctly
Training and Support Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
Qualifications
Education bachelor’s degree in business administration information technology or a related field
Experience Minimum of 7- 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in any Agile project management software eg DevOps
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software eg MS Excel Visio SQL and knowledge of business process modelling
