Job Title: Business System Analyst (with Commercial Insurance / P&C domain experience)

Work Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - Onsite)

Technical Skills (Primary):

• BSAs with commercial insurance knowledge and experience managing projects with TPAs ideally with transfers
• Someone with prior statutory or statistical reporting expertise may also be a good fit Skills
• Strong excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate and manage project timelines
• Ability to define business rules data elements to derive required reporting requirements
• Basic SQL skills

Responsibilities:

• As part of the TPA Data IT team you’ll be working daily with TPAs helping to ensure smooth integrations and data alignment
• This role requires something that can work through business rules and analyze data issues then clearly communicate those rules to the team implementing them with examples
• Everyone is always busy so it will be on the analyst to clearly track and follow up on actions related to the transfers or TPA coordination for their given area
• A lot goes into this role, and it is rewarding to see everything come together at the end of an implementation
