Job Title : DocuSign Implementation Specialist
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Job Description :
- We are seeking a skilled DocuSign Implementation Specialist to join our team and drive the successful deployment and customization of DocuSign solutions
Key Responsibilities
- DocuSign Implementation and Configuration
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of DocuSign for clients including requirements gathering configuration testing and deployment
- Customize DocuSign workflows to align with business needs ensuring optimal user experience and compliance with industry standards
- Configure document templates fields and routing rules for specific signing processes
- Solution Design and Integration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and develop scalable solutions using DocuSign API and other tools
- Design and implement custom API integrations with other business systems such as CRM ERP platforms
- Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data security and compliance throughout integration
- Act as a subject matter expert SME for DocuSign related inquiries and best practices
- Experience in supporting the DocuSign platform
- Manage project timelines communicate milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Work closely with IT Legal Compliance and other relevant departments to align the DocuSign implementation with organizational requirements
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve the solution
Preferred Qualifications
- DocuSign Administrator or Developer Certification
- Familiarity with other document management CLM or eSignature platforms
