Job Title: Guidewire BillingCenter Lead Business Analyst
Work Location: Urbandale, IA / Remote
Responsibilities:
- As a Guidewire BillingCenter Lead Business Analyst responsible for requirement gathering for end-to-end billing functional processes for Guidewire BillingCenter
- Self-directed Business Analyst who will act as liaison between customer, Product owner and technical groups using superior communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate for Guidewire BillingCenter functions
- Able to articulate integrations and data exchange between BillingCenter and integrating internal and 3rd party applications
- Act as a navigator for defining billing functionalities based on business requirements and aligned to out of the box features OOTB
- Experience operating and interfacing with business users IT management and good negotiation and presentation skills
- Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of creating clear concise requirements that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the OOTB functions form Guidewire BillingCenter
- Able to work on various billing methods i.e., Direct Bill, Agency Bill etc.
- Strong initiative able to self-manage comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done
- Facilitate conversation for standardization on legacy billing functions

- SVN Rally HPQC Jira confluence
- Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
- Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter Primary BillingCenter
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Must have:
- Should have 8 years of Guidewire experience
- Guidewire ACE Associate Certified Business Analyst
- Must be proficient with process modelling requirement gathering tools
- Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire BillingCenter
- Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
- Handson experiences writing user stories
- Able to handle customer interactions and Demos
Good to have:
- Guidewire Cloud implementation experience
- Expert in using Guidewire Platform tools like Guidewire Cloud Console APD Integration Gateway etc
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
- AINS 21222324 Certification
