Job Title : Sr. UX / UI Product Designer.
Location : New York City, NY (3 Days onsite / week).
Duration : FTE
Responsibilities :
- Work with teams across product design and engineering to define and prioritize user needs, business requirements, and design objectives.
- Lead the UI / UX design process from concept to execution including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. Utilize findings to inform and validate design decisions.
- Define standards, conventions, and vision for cohesive yet adaptable design systems.
- Continuously evolve the design systems based on new insights from product technology and research.
- Craft high-fidelity visuals, prototypes, and specifications for your final design solutions.
- Knowledge of typography, color, prototype, and visual storytelling.
- Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Implement best practices in UI / UX design, interaction design, and information architecture to deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Design and optimize web pages to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging browsing experience.
