Job Title: Portfolio Management Consultant
Location: Rolling meadows or Remote

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Looking for Management Consultant who has managed portfolios in the past handle SVP VP CXO relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding all matters related to assigned areas of responsibility and for production incidents raised by North America
Govern the intake process for new work ensuring proper documentation of business cases and benefits
Facilitate prioritization discussions with senior leadership to align new work with strategic goals
Conduct quarterly touchpoints with sponsors to gather feedback and drive process improvements
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas pivot tables and data visualization for reporting and analysis
Ability to analyze financial data and report on budget tracking forecasting and value delivery
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating clear and comprehensive presentations
Experience with Planview Portfolios ProjectPortfolio Management tool is a plus
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve portfolio efficiency
Ensure the health and quality of portfolio data maintaining accurate and uptodate project information
Regularly groom and maintain project backlogs ensuring clarity completeness and alignment with business priorities
Ensure that the right governance is in place for successful tracking and delivery of projects within assigned portfolios
Generate reports that summarize key portfolio activities including financial performance and value delivered
Planview or equivalent experience proficiency in Excel
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally across technical and nontechnical teams
Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable plans
Detailoriented with a commitment to maintaining high data quality
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
