Title: Product Manager - Securities Services Technology
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
We are looking for a Domain SME, candidate who has experience in Securities Services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Strategy Modeling
Define and create entity relationship models ERMs for securities services aligning with global bank standards
Establish subject areas subsubject areas data attributes and data dictionaries for securities services
Ensure the logical and physical data models align with the banks enterprise data strategy and master reference data models
Collaborate with enterprise data architects to define and standardize data lineage governance and quality frameworks
Develop data taxonomies and classifications for various securities services functions
2. Domain Expertise in Securities Services
Provide deep expertise in the data and processing lifecycle of custody securities lending fund services transfer agency Securities Borrowing Lending and collateral
Work closely with business teams to map business processes to data models ensuring data captures all necessary operational elements
Identify critical data elements CDEs across securities services functions and ensure proper documentation and governance
Align data models with regulatory reporting requirements across various jurisdictions eg SEC ESMA MAS HKMA
3. Master Reference Data Management
Define master and reference data structures for securities services eg security master counterparty data legal entity reference data accounts
Work with data governance teams to enforce data policies and controls
Ensure seamless integration with global financial market infrastructure FMIs such as DTCC Euroclear Clearstream
4. Data Governance Compliance
Define and implement data governance frameworks including ownership stewardship and lineage tracking
Ensure compliance with BCBS 239 GDPR and other regulatory requirements
Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting of exposures liquidity and capital adequacy
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with IT data engineering and analytics teams to implement robust data pipelines and integrations
Work with front middle and back-office teams to understand data needs across trade lifecycle
Provide leadership in data standardization initiatives across global securities services platforms
Required Qualifications Skills
1. Domain Expertise in Securities Services
10 years of experience in securities services custody securities lending collateral or transfer agency
Deep understanding of global custody models trade lifecycle and asset servicing
Experience with corporate actions proxy voting income processing and reconciliations
2. Data Expertise Modeling
Strong knowledge of data architecture data modeling ER star schema dimensional and metadata management
Experience creating entity relationships subject areas subsubject areas and data dictionaries
Familiarity with metadata tools Collibra Alation Informatica EDC etc
Knowledge of SQL data warehousing and cloud-based data solutions AWS Azure GCP
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Data Management CDMP DAMA Financial Services CFA FRM CAIA
Experience in enterprise-wide data transformation programs in a global bank
Background in AIML driven data analytics for securities services

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
