Job Title: Product Owner / Product Manager
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Onsite : 03 days a week)
Primary Skills and Responsibilities:
- Primary skills and Responsibilities
- Six or more years of experience in product development
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management
- Extensive experience in writing Epics User stories
- Partners with Business and Technical teams in defining and management of scope with each release
- Connect directly with Business to understand product needs meticulously with available info
- Analyze Explore and do the necessary Market research to come up with solutions that will bring Value
- Define and track product OKRs to make sure products are bringing value to Business
- Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams
- Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy
- Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint release goals
- Lead the product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally sharing knowledge and answering questions
- Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog
- Hands on with at least one requirement and release management tools like JIRA Rally ADO etc.
- Experience working in onshore offshore model
- Understanding of business value related to features and functions
- Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, Not Mandatory):
- Hands on experience in handling data products involving analytics reporting
- Ability to write simple queries and analyze data
- High level understanding of latest technologies ex Cloud NoSQL database as all Bluei product are hosted on AWS
Soft Skills:
- As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
Objectives of this role:
- Lead to define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
- Collaborate with internal and external contacts to analyze needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals
- Work closely with product managers and Business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
- Remain up to date on trends and best practices for agile project management

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
