Job Title : Scrum Master
Scrum Master
The Scrum Master plays a meaningful role in delivering high quality modern solutions software as part of a cross functional agile scrum team This role will be accountable for acting as a servant leader to the scrum team acting to surface and resolve team level sprint risks and roadblocks while facilitating scrum ceremonies This role will also act as a change agent evangelizing the tents of agile and scrum across Global Functions Technology
Responsibilities :
- Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environment
- Facilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity
- Create an agile mindset with focus on agile value and principles leading with transparency inspection and adaptation resulting in delivery of high value increments which meet the Definition of Done
- Leverage performance data to drive outcomes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Enable teams through servant leadership skills to develop sprint goals robust product backlogs and acceptance criteria
- Participate in program level agile ceremonies to include dependency mapping release planning and scope alignment across Product teams representing your scrum teams
- Ensure risk and compliance goals are met through enablement of high code quality robust backlogs and reduction of technical debt
- Enable the removal of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress
- Facilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the team to include stakeholder engagement
- Protect the team from distractions allowing for focus to meet sprint and program commitments
- Promote self organization and cross functionality of the team coaching each role to enable high performance of the team
- Support training and coach the team in its agile adoption
