A Video QA Analyst Tech Ops is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of video content and streaming services They work closely with technical teams to test analyze and troubleshoot videorelated issues ensuring a seamless viewing experience for users Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing system specifications and requirements for video content designing and implementing test plans and test cases for video streaming services executing tests on video content and streaming platforms to identify defects bugs and inconsistencies collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve videorelated issues monitoring and analyzing video performance metrics to ensure optimal quality documenting and reporting test results and providing detailed feedback to technical teams They also stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video streaming and quality assurance1
The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills experience with video streaming platforms and technologies and a good understanding of quality assurance principles They should also be proficient in using testing tools and software and have excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
