Job Title: Scrum Master

Work Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid – Onsite)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with project teams to determine project goals and objectives
• Facilitate project activities and processes
• Track project progress and maintain project documentation
• Assist with backlog maintenance and sprint planning
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements
• Ensure all team members have necessary tools and resources to complete tasks
• Support communication between team members and stakeholders
• Assist in the resolution of team conflicts
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholder
