Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)

Work Location: New York, NY (All 05 days a week Onsite Mandatory)

Required Experience: 08 Years

Technical Skills (Primary):

• P&C Insurance Knowledge: Essential for understanding the property and casualty insurance industry
• Business Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to support business decisions and identify trends
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders

Technical Skills (Primary):

• Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of new systems or updates to existing systems
• Project Management: Manage or support various projects ensuring they meet business objectives and deadlines
• Compliance: Ensure that business processes comply with industry regulations and standards

Key Skills

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and business processes
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
