Infrastructure Solution Architect
Job Summary
The Infrastructure Solution Architect with a focus on Windows and virtualization is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining the enterprises IT infrastructure This role requires deep expertise in Windows based systems virtualization technologies and the ability to architect scalable secure and efficient infrastructure solutions
Solution Architects must design systems that comply with local national and international regulations This includes ensuring data security meeting environmental standards and adhering to safety protocols

Key Responsibilities
1.Technical Leadership Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for infrastructure projects specifically focusing on Windows and virtualization technologies
2.Solution Design and Integration Design and integrate robust infrastructure solutions that utilize Windows Server and virtualization platforms such as VMware and HyperV
3.Windows Infrastructure Management Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of Windows Server environments including Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy management
4.Virtualization Management Architect and manage virtualization environments using VMware HyperV or other virtualization platforms ensuring optimal performance and resource utilization
5.Disaster Recovery and Backup Develop and implement disaster recovery plans backup strategies and business continuity solutions for Windows and virtualized environments
6.Security and Compliance Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure solutions implementing best practices for securing Windows servers and virtual environments
7.Performance Optimization Monitor analyze and optimize the performance of Windows servers and virtual machines to meet business needs and SLAs
8.Automation and Scripting Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline infrastructure management tasks
9.Documentation and Standards Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure designs configurations and processes and establish standards for system administration
10.Collaboration and Support Work closely with IT teams developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of infrastructure solutions
Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field
Experience Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with a focus on Windows Server and virtualization technologies
Technical Skills Expertise in Windows Server administration Active Directory virtualization platforms VMware HyperV and related technologies
Certifications Preferred certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect VMware Certified Professional VCP or equivalent
Soft Skills Excellent communication problemsolving and leadership skills

1.Windows Server Proficiency in Windows Server administration including Active Directory DNS DHCP and Group Policy
