Job Description:
FOSFOR is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth within the SMB market. This role is designed for a hunter who thrives on building relationships with C-level executives and delivering tailored solutions in the analytics and AI space. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have a deep understanding of analytics and AI, and be adept at identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunting and Prospecting: Identify and target SMB opportunities, focusing on building a strong pipeline of new business leads.
- C-Level Engagement: Develop relationships with decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, and other senior executives, to understand their business needs and present FOSFOR’s solutions effectively.
- Solution Selling: Leverage your knowledge of analytics, AI, and FOSFOR’s product suite to craft compelling, value-driven sales pitches tailored to each client’s challenges.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to align customer requirements with FOSFOR’s capabilities and ensure a seamless sales process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position FOSFOR as a leader in the SMB space.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue growth and expanding FOSFOR footprint in the SMB segment.
- Individual Contributor: Passionate, resilient and thought leader with a can do attitude who is willing to make it happen.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably within the analytics or AI space.
- Experience selling to SMBs, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of analytics, AI, and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Snowflake and Databricks is desirable.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven sales track record of 5 years with an overall experience of at least 10 years.

Pay Range:
Base Salary:$120,000 per annum to $130,000 per annum; Full-time; Mid-Senior level plus
In addition, we offer a bonus which is dependent on achievement of targets by the role holder as well as the organization.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
