Job Description:

• Proficient in Japanese language to work on customer reported cases
• Communicate effectively with Support teams on complex issues
• Excellent spoken and written English and Native communication skills
• Demonstrable troubleshooting skill Cross team collaboration Logical and critical thinking
• Passion for technology and customer support Understanding of cloud vs on premise computing Familiarity with fundamentals of cloud computing
• Good to have Technical Skills Windows Azure Platform Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform services and Azure Platform development and deployment concepts
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Azure certifications will be an added advantage should be flexible to work in Japanese time zones and to accommodate MS roster
