Landscape/Hardscape Crew Member

We are seeking someone that wants to grow with a family owned expanding company! Compensation will be between $18-$22/hr.

You will be working with a crew of 3-5 on detailed outdoor living, landscape/sod, grading, and drainage projects. Your role will be responsible for aiding in the installation of these types of projects and supporting your fellow crew mates and team lead.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 3 years experience in outdoor living, hardscape, and landscape installation
- 2 years experience in mulching, planting, trimming, sod, grading, and drainage
- 2 years experience driving trucks with heavy trailers
- MUST be on time every day
- MUST be attentive to detail
- MUST have valid NC drivers license
- MUST have reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Work with team on daily hardscape/landscape projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for hardscape/landscape construction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used, while ensuring compliance with regulations.
