Job Summary

Lohman Therapy Systems North America is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our state-of-the-art facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and more. You will work closely with the Production Maintenance – Facility Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems.

This is a full-time position located in West St. Paul, MN.

Shift : Mon-Fri 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm
On call every other week

What You Will Do :

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.

Monitor and maintain building automation systems, including trend logs and data analysis.

Conduct routine inspections and safety checks.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Participate in facility improvement projects.

Provide training and guidance to other maintenance staff.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.

Collaborate effectively with other departments within the organization.

Your Background :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Post-secondary training in a relevant field (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a regulated environment (FDA) performing facilities maintenance.

Current licensing in Boiler Operation, Refrigeration & Recovery, and Electrical Maintenance from the State of Minnesota (Class C minimum).

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems.

Experience with building automation systems (BMS or BAS).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradely experience ideal.

Experience with Preventative Maintenance Platforms such as Blue Mountain
