JOB TITLE: Executive Level Support - Junior

POSITION TIMING: Immediate hire upon Contract Award and completion of all background and security investigations. Candidates must be willing to sign a Letter of Intent for submission with their resume.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following outlines the key duties and responsibilities for this position:
- Act as a primary point of contact for senior executives, overseeing their schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, briefings, and executive-level presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements for executives, including travel orders, vouchers, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with DoD policies.
- Serve as a liaison between senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
- Maintain both classified and unclassified documentation, ensuring full compliance with DoD security protocols.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders by managing taskers, correspondence, and official reports.
- Anticipate the needs of senior leadership to support smooth operations and informed decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the F-35 JPO's priorities.
- This role involves regular interaction with senior leadership in the F-35 JPO, requiring professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility are essential to meeting the dynamic needs of senior executives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a DoD Headquarters environment, performing similar tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of DoD operations and protocols.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with handling classified materials in compliance with security regulations.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:
- Active Secret clearance is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least five (5) years of experience supporting senior military leaders or civilian equivalents.
- Strong familiarity with the F-35 JPO mission and its objectives.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands in a dynamic environment.
EDUCATION:
- Preferred: Associates degree or higher.
