Senior Solution Architect (AI / ML)
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a focus on building AI / ML based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions across our omnichannel platforms to eliminate / reduce human interaction. This role requires a conceptual understanding of AI technologies, with the goal of personalizing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design of AI-based solutions for personalized customer experiences across omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc).
- Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry best practices, including compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare conceptual Design / Arch systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP) and GenAI to enhance customer interactions, including virtual assistants and recommendation engines.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technologies by reviewing whitepapers, research papers, and industry reports.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and trends, proposing innovations that align with business needs and competitive market demands.
- Engage with business stakeholders, including product owners and department heads, to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
- Participate in JAD session with product and help them realize art of possible using AI technologies.
- Present AI strategies and architectures to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact on business outcomes.
- Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.
