We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Being a point of first contact to customers, to sell pest control products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls and maintain phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication within the office.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and ,ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Managing customer payments and invoices.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required, acting as a personal assistant when necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office setting or similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while maintaining focus on tasks at hand.
