POSITION TITLE:
Full Time Float Teller
HOURS:
40 hours per week - must be available 7am - 7pm
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Act as a paying and receiving teller.
- Process commercial customer deposits.
- Handle exchange, change orders, loan payments, etc.
- Work closely with supervisor and customers when questions or problems arise.
- Verify, straighten and bundle money sold to the vault.
- Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
- Travel to branch locations upon Operations Manager’s request.
REQUIREMENTS:
A high school education is required. Some previous work experience is preferred. Ability to work with large amounts of money and ability to run a ten-key calculator by touch. Must be able to work lobby and drive-ups and move from one to the other with ease. Must be able to work with and communicate well with customers and employees. Part-time employees must be able to work an extremely flexible schedule. Must have neat appearance.
Qualified applicants must successfully pass a credit and background check to be eligible for employment.
