Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our Truck Parts Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and growing our customer base, expanding our network of potential buyers, and promoting our high-quality truck spare parts. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about the trucking industry and committed to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with new customers in the trucking sector.
- Develop a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base and drive revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and emerging trends.
- Present our product offerings to customers and provide exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Familiarity with truck parts and lubricants is a plus.
