About Us:
Lube Squad is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality oils and lubricants. We are excited to expand our operations with the opening of a new satellite location in Concord, NH area and are looking for an energetic, dedicated, and versatile Warehouse Operations Associate to join our growing team. This is a unique role where you will manage day-to-day warehouse operations while also contribute to sales and business development efforts in a new market.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Associate to manage day-to-day warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts, unloading incoming deliveries, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, loading outgoing delivery trucks, and making local deliveries using the company van. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse tasks, including inventory management, and ensuring that products are stored, organized, and ready for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Unload incoming deliveries and verify the accuracy of received items.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Load outgoing delivery trucks with the correct items for shipment.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is organized and accessible.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company policies and safety regulations.
- Make local deliveries using the company van, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Assist with inventory management and participate in regular stock counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 60 lbs) and perform physical labor.
