Occasionally the employee will visit customer sites including factories or production areas, tradeshows or will be asked to work while travelling such as in an airport terminal. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $86,830 and $110,615 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Account Executive II will seek to maximize our customers’ growth by leading the development and execution of annual business cycle activities and multi-year strategic plans.
- Primary Roles:
- Customer Expert. Strive to understand all relevant customer and end consumer specific behaviors impacting customer equipment, products, channels, retailers, and opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Manager. Develop deep and wide relationships throughout OEM Accounts, across multiple departments and levels, including executive, marketing, engineering, procurement, and plant operations.
- Account Team Leader. This person will be the primary liaison between specified Customers/Accounts and Lube-Tech. The Account Executive II will lead an efficient and responsive Account Team and provide clear direction on the highest priority activities.
- Account Growth Driver. The Account Executive II will identify and present opportunities, evaluate and support customer objectives, and manage multiple ongoing projects to achieve annual account and territory goals.
- Other responsibilities and duties may include:
- Develop category management plans – i.e., product mix, pricing, merchandising, advertising & promotion plan – to build customers’ sales & profitability.
- Assist in solving technical challenges for customers, understanding the relationship between customer’s applications (i.e., small engines) and the Company technology.
- Establish customer pricing in a manner consistent with company guidelines.
- Assist with credit collections.
- Report on territory results and forward-looking projections.
- Build technical and sales skills through on-going industry training.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, or equivalent
- Understanding of manufacturing and experience in environments where ongoing growth is strongly associated with new product development.
- Proven record closing large and complex accounts or programs.
- Proven record of selling technical products.
- Experience with a multi-level, complex sale.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to develop relationships within Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts.
- Ability to identify and influence key decision makers.
- Proven strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity and work ethic.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Open and candid communicator.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or equivalent experience
- Experience calling on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with strong preference for small engines, outdoor power equipment, recreational marine, or power sports market segments.
- Experience working at an equipment OEM as a category owner, product manager, or in a sales role.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proficient to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Forecasting or Demand Planning software
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Experience with ERP systems
